I think walking gets seriously underrated.
Because it doesn’t feel particularly difficult or impressive, it’s easy to think of it as something less than a “real” workout.
But one of the things we talk about a lot around here is building habits that actually fit into real life. And walking does that really well.
Ten minutes after dinner. A few laps while your kids are at practice. A walk with a friend. A little extra movement during your lunch break.
It doesn’t have to be complicated to be good for you.
This week’s blog post is all about why walking deserves more credit and why simple, consistent movement can be such a valuable way to care for your body.
And I’d love to hear from you: Where does walking fit into your life right now?
