Gratitude isnât something we wait to feel. Itâs something we practice. Being grateful doesnât mean everything is good. It means we choose to see what is working, even while weâre growing through challenge. Gratitude keeps us balanced. It keeps us present. It reminds us that every lessonâpleasant or uncomfortableâhas value. When we walk a spiritual path, itâs easy to chase experiences, insights, or abilities. Gratitude pulls us back into relationship with what we already have: our breath, our body, our awareness, and the people walking beside us. I am grateful for each of you for being here.
