Well this was fun
Haha I wanted to create a place for people to help each other and share teachings... but I prefer to see the wonderful people I'm talking to haha. I will put together more classes and figure out a time to share them with others. Thank you all for trying this app out with me. I'm sure this is a wonderful tool for others. It just doesn't bring the same joy as in person interactions.

Being Greatful
Gratitude isn’t something we wait to feel. It’s something we practice. Being grateful doesn’t mean everything is good. It means we choose to see what is working, even while we’re growing through challenge. Gratitude keeps us balanced. It keeps us present. It reminds us that every lesson—pleasant or uncomfortable—has value. When we walk a spiritual path, it’s easy to chase experiences, insights, or abilities. Gratitude pulls us back into relationship with what we already have: our breath, our body, our awareness, and the people walking beside us. I am grateful for each of you for being here.

To smudge or not to smudge
Cleansing is a practice found in many traditions, and at its core it’s about releasing what feels heavy, stagnant, or out of alignment so we can return to balance. There isn’t one correct way to cleanse—different people resonate with different approaches, and all of them work through intention. Cleansing doesn’t have to be dramatic or ritual-heavy. Sometimes it’s as simple as pausing, breathing, and choosing to let something go. What matters most isn’t the method—it’s awareness, respect, and balance. What are some ways you cleanse, or ways you’ve been curious about trying?
Pieces of you.
We are not just one thing. We have a physical body — the part that moves, works, rests, and feels. We have a mind — the part that thinks, interprets, and gives meaning. And we have a spirit body — the part that experiences energy, intuition, and presence. Balance doesn’t come from choosing a single path. It comes from integration. This space exists so we can share and help each other explore how these pieces work together, not to escape life, but to live it with more clarity and intention. Which piece of you feels most out of balance right now?
Grounding
Good morning, everyone, I hope you are doing well today. I woke up and was trying to think about something to post (a thing I will do often now haha)... I was trying to find a good place to start trying to share. Grounding is a good place to start because it is a great way to start your day. There are many many different ways to ground yourself. What is your favorite way? Are there certain stones, crystals, places, or special practices that work better for you?
