Recently, I've seen that there have been a lot of technical issues with the update event Google Calendar node in some of the N8N workflows attached to my AI receptionist's that we have in the resource hub.
By looking further into it, this is actually a known n8n issue, and there's not really anything we can do about it.

However there are a few workarounds. Instead of using the update event node, we can delete it and use the cancel event and create event nodes. This serves as the same functionality as rescheduling appointments, but you just have to delete the booking first and then create the new booking.
