──────────────────────── ROLE OVERVIEW ──────────────────────── Role: Own and scale product marketing for Web and Mobile RUM products, driving positioning, launches, competitive strategy, and sales enablement in the observability space. ──────────────────────── APPLY ──────────────────────── https://job-boards.greenhouse.io/embrace/jobs/5806872004 ──────────────────────── COMPENSATION & WORK DETAILS ──────────────────────── Salary: $160,000 – $180,000 USD + Equity Pay Type: Base + Equity Work Type: Full-Time Location: [US – Remote] ──────────────────────── KEY TASKS ──────────────────────── Key Tasks: Own positioning and product marketing strategy across Web and Mobile RUM solutions, lead end-to-end product launches including messaging enablement campaigns and performance tracking, develop GTM strategies in partnership with Product and Engineering, create sales enablement assets (pitch decks battlecards demos pricing narratives), translate technical capabilities into differentiated customer value, conduct competitive analysis across observability and performance monitoring vendors, build customer marketing programs including case studies and proof points, run customer research win-loss analysis and persona development, craft technically credible messaging for developer and business audiences, support customer workshops and internal quarterly gatherings ──────────────────────── QUALIFICATIONS ──────────────────────── Qualifications: 5–7 years product marketing experience in SaaS (observability developer tools or infrastructure preferred), proven ability to build enablement that improves deal outcomes, strong competitive positioning skills, experience supporting complex technical products, strong written and verbal communication skills, data-informed decision making mindset, ability to balance strategy and hands-on execution in high-growth environments, willingness to travel as required ────────────────────────
