Hi! I’ve been using vagus nerve stimulation techniques for a number of years now. One of my favourites is just to incorporate some eye work in with my daily yoga routine. Moving the head in all directions of the Union Jack ( left, right, up, down, and both diagonals), whilst keeping eyes softly focused on a spot in front of me. As soon as I get that yawn, I know I’ve engaged the nerve. 😊
