But, working with @James Bargeron, I have really dialed in a system and a framework that outlines the work I have been doing for 22 years with 11K+ clients and students. I just never named it or framed it..... I just did it and fumbled every time I tried to tell people what I do and how it might be helpful to them. The Somatic Pleasure Blueprint (now the new name for this community), is a simple, three-step journey, based of the four pillars of Somatics, which are in themselves the tools for developing sensation-based awareness....
