The People Around You
Life Sure can be stressful, and hard, and downright ugly at times. But damn if it cant be beautiful, electric and ever growing. Positive heart center is all around us. It really starts with who you surround yourself with! My core 5 closest friends for years where good people but stuck in place in life and comfortable. I never felt aligned. Coming to skool has changed that forever and im forever grateful. The People I now look around and call friends seriously have leveled up my being, heart, energy, and soul in ways i never expected. Skool gave me a growth i never expected because now my friends and skool sisters and brothers are pushing me forward mentally, health, and connections in ways i never expected. Visualization Vs Soundation
If you know the benefits of visualization, it can mean a lot. You can apply in your daily life and even change how you feel throughout the day. In certain professional practices or sports, athletes apply this method to hone their skills like movements 🤾🏼 and sequences before physically doing it. It becomes 2nd nature when they have to do it during competitions. So visualization, clearly getting it in your mind before it happens. But I’ve been thinking about something similar with sound 🔊. Almost like hearing the moment in your head before it actually happens. The laughter at the table, the clinking glasses, the rhythm of conversation. In a way, both visualization and sound imagination help you step into the experience before it even starts. It’s like rehearsing the atmosphere you want to create. Call me woo woo, but I apply some of these concepts in my dishes. For those who create music or sound, do you ever imagine something in your head to generate notes 🎼, the same way people visualize things? Is this something similar to "Soundation" in psychological context?
