@Rositsa Aleksandrova you mentioned piano as meditation....then it hIT me! Meditation for me is combative arts in the stress of it all. When we are on the field, we are at play. When our sticks STRIKE, we are playing a tune. When our sticks SHRED, the tonal quality of the stick drops, our bodies tense up, anticipating the next event. When our sticks BREAK, we have won for our opponent has the upper lift and position to finish the game. 🥋 We don't wear uniforms, we don't have belts, we don't rank but we do .... SHAKE ...
