I was chatting with Ro today, and I just wanted to say what an inspiring soul she is.
Not because she's trying to be some sort of guru...
But because of how she shows up every single day.
If you've been around Ro long enough, you've probably heard her say things like...
"I need to get through my notifications."
"I finally got through 2,222 notifications..."
"Now it's time to rest."
From the outside, you might think...
"Why does that matter?"
"Do you really need to get through every notification?"
Maybe not.
But she DOES.
Because she genuinely wants to be there for her community.
And it shows.
EVERY post.
EVERY comment.
EVERY conversation.
She's always supporting, encouraging, inviting others into the discussion, and making people feel seen.
But it goes beyond her own community.
She's present in so many other communities too, supporting people there just as much.
That's why, to me, Ro is The Community Light π She even has that light in her avatar. She lights up communities, chats, and calls with a presence that's fun, loving, and sometimes tired π...
But it always feels like...
"I'm here for you."
One thing that really stayed with me...
I once heard Ro say she meditates on her community and its members in the morning to see how she can serve them better.
How POWERFUL is that?
Imagine if more of us started our day thinking about the people we're here to help instead of ourselves.
What kind of communities would we create?
Another thing I've noticed...
Almost all of Ro's pinned posts celebrate other people.
I honestly can't remember the last time I saw her pin one of her own posts.
Her members come first.
Yes, there's probably strategy behind it.
But there's also so much genuine LOVE behind it.
So I just wanted to say...
Thank you.
Thank you for everything you do for your community, for so many other communities, and for helping make Skool a more connected place.
It takes a very special person to be that dedicated while also staying so fun, free flowing, and authentically yourself.
I appreciate you, Ro π
What's the first thing that comes to mind when you think of Ro? π
