Fitness with a twist πŸ”€
Most fitness spaces sell you a body, these days. I'm more interested in what happens to a person once they stop needing to prove anything with theirs.
I'm 44 now. I've coached for two decades in the fitness industry. I used to think fitness was the goal. I finally figured out it isn't. It's the doorway.
The actual "success" happens when we stop performing for anyone and start rebuilding a relationship with our own body that isn't built on guilt, hustle, or hacks.
I don't endorse protein shakes. No cold plunges. I'm not a 5am grind culture person. I think consistency, honesty, and the basics are what work. I also take weeks off from exercise and healthy eating (like right now as I vacation in Europe πŸ˜†) because I'm a real person who likes to drink/party and relax at times
We have a free community for people doing this the real way. If that's more your speed than superficial before/afters, you're welcome in. πŸ”€
