The root of all evil some say.
But having more of it doesn’t feel all that evil to you, in fact… It sounds downright heavenly!
Am I right?
If you’re a money-grubbing capitalist like me, read on friend because I’m about to break down a money-making machine.
The Agency Demo Funnel.
Question: How would it feel to have full confidence that putting $1 into the ad universe would give you $5 out the other end?
Good, right?
Well then learning this sales funnel is the most important thing you can do.
And because I’m the people champion (self proclaimed)
I’ve decided to break this funnel down into its 3 steps.
Buckle up homie, let’s get some.
Funnel Step 1: “Squeeze em”
The first rule in marketing is to convert paid traffic into owned traffic.
IE: Get their email.
Although the goal is the capture the email, you don’t want just anyone’s email… You want the “right ones”.
So, the focus is on them.
Your perfect prospect.
How? Curiosity.
If you wanna convert above 20%, curiosity will be the secret ingredient to make your masterpiece.
But it’s just a part of the equation.
The full equation? B + C = I
(Benefit + Curiosity = Interest)
* Benefit: What the customer actually gains—the outcome that makes their life better. Benefits sell because they solve problems, save time/money, or fulfill desires.
* Curiosity: Created when you promise the benefit in a new, unexpected way they’ve never heard before.
If the “how” is familiar, curiosity dies.
If it’s fresh or surprising, interest explodes.
Do these right… and you get the conversion.
Funnel Step 2: New Opportunity | Indoctrination
Ok, so now they’re curious enough to the point of “interest and intrigue.”
You got em right where you want em my greedy friend, don’t let em off the hook by sounding like an idiot!
Give them the “insiders scoop.”
Your Hook is floating on top of the video box. It makes your prospect click “play”.
Then… your video.
The first few seconds are pretty damn important.
A hook that makes them watch is mission critical.
Show beats tell. Use a visual.
The remaining 10 mins or so you want to follow this framework:
Problem, Discovery, Solution.
* Problem:
The ultimate persuasion trick is being able to voice your prospects' thoughts better than they can.
If you articulate their problems perfectly… you earn the right to tell them how you discovered the fix.
* Discovery: “The better story wins.”
Telling your prospect how you discovered the solution replaces the way they thought things worked with the way you show them.
It bridges them to the solution.
* Solution:
Time to go for the jugular amigo.
But here is where most people screw the pooch: They try to sell "agency services" or "consulting."
Yawn.
If you do that, you’re just another line item on their expense sheet.
You’re a commodity. You’re replaceable.
To trigger real desire, you don’t sell your service—you sell the Mechanism.
You aren't selling "marketing" or "SaaS".
That’s what a chump does.
You’re selling this exact Agency Demo Funnel.
It’s the "New Way" to win.
When you frame it like this, you aren't competing with the guy down the street anymore.
You’ve moved into a category of one.
You’re the only person on earth who has the keys to this specific machine.
Keep it simple. Keep it proprietary.
Don't blabber on about your fancy tools.
Just sell the next step..
Funnel Step 3: Book and Apply
Some people say have em apply first then book the call…
Others say book, then apply.
I lean more towards book first, then apply.
And you know who does it best?
Fricken Calendly.
In my opinion, if you use their two-step booking, you’re dialed.
They pick a time, they get a little "skin in the game," and then you hit them with the application questions.
“But Sammy boy, what do I ask? I don’t want to scare them away!”
You aren't being polite; you're being a bouncer. You need to know if they're a fit before you give up 30 minutes of your life.
Ask these:
* The Money Question:
"What's your current monthly revenue?" (Give 'em ranges). You need to know if they can actually afford to pay you.
* The Pain Question: "What is the #1 thing stopping you from hitting [Goal] right now?"
Let them vent. This is your ammo for the call.
The "Ego-Check" Question:
"Growth is a process. If we actually double your pipeline in the next 60 days, can your current setup handle the heat, or is it going to break?"
So there ya go…

Curiosity \ Education \Commitment.
A step-by-step walkthrough of a money-making machine.
All you gotta do?
Stop being a sissy and just do it!
