It is killing bad models.
(Which… might be the same thing for a lot of people reading this)
Scroll online for 5 minutes and you’ll see it:
“AI is replacing jobs”
“AI is building funnels”
“AI is writing ads”
Some of it’s true.
Most of it’s noise.
All of it is distracting you from what actually makes money.
But if you’d like the real real… here’s my take:
AI is crushing anything generic.
Anything repeatable.
Anything low-trust and low-touch.
Which…
If we’re being honest…
Is exactly what most agencies do.
So now everyone’s response is to learn more tools.
(That’s reacting without thinking)
And the most interesting thing to me…
They’re ALL just doubling down on the same fragile model that’s already breaking.

And because I’m human,  I feel like I have a pretty good take on this:
The more digital the world gets…
The more valuable real rooms become.
Agencies running this model don’t stress about lead quality.
They don’t stress about no-shows.
They don’t stress about endless follow-up.
Because they’re not chasing the latest news.
They’re just living in the real world.
That’s the model I’m bringing back...
And it’s the one I’m teaching right now.
