I’ve been in this game 10+ years.
And I have never seen this much noise.
Daily AI releases.
New capabilities.
Gurus posting advice on stuff they heard five minutes ago… acting like they know what it means for your business.
Meanwhile agency owners are so distracted they’re sending me messages to try and make sense of it all.
“Hey, are you guys (UpHex) gonna XYZ?”
“In MVP do you show us how to use XYZ AI thingy?”
Here’s what I don’t see?
Anyone actually making money with any of this shit other than the tools themselves.
So here’s the thing about the gold rush metaphor…
The real shovel right now isn’t AI.
It’s the offer nobody’s talking about because it doesn’t make a viral facebook post.
It’s not flashy.
It’s not new.
But it works in about 80%+ of local businesses.
The agencies I know running it?
They’re making money.
Their clients are making money.

He’s not running ads for leads.
He’s not chasing MRR the way you are.
He walks into any local market…
And leaves with money.
Every time.
