Every new member walks the same 7-day path. Five posts. Seven days. That's the work. Day 1. Post your intro in Start Here and Introductions. Three things. The business. The current biggest constraint. What you want different in 30 days. Watch Module 0.1 and Module 1.1. Day 2. Open Claude Co-Work. Load the Junior-Strategist Framing Skill from the AI Founder Toolkit. Paste your one constraint. Watch the three clarifying questions come back. Day 3. Run the Founder Constraint Audit Skill on the same problem. Post the sharper version in Founder Constraints. One line. Day 4. Pick ONE action against the sharper constraint. Thirty minutes. Timer on. Ship the draft. Day 5. Post the receipt in Wins. Win or loss. Both count. The 5-line format. Real constraint. Action this week. Built in 30 minutes. Link or screenshot. What you'd do differently next time. Day 6. Take one more action. Or reply to two other members' Wins posts with a specific question, not "great post." Day 7. Reflection post in Wins. One question. What did you learn about your own thinking this week. Not what you did. How you think. The goal is not to browse everything. The goal is one clear win on the board by Day 7. When you post, share what you did, what happened, and what you learned. When to Go Deeper Into The Unlocked Protocol
The monthly room sharpens your thinking, your AI workflows, and your weekly receipts. The Unlocked Protocol is the 9-week cohort. Small group. Two live calls a week with me. A written outcome contract signed by Day 7. Direct review of your funnel, sales process, or ops every week. Full transformation of how you operate. Most members should not go deeper yet. The monthly room is where you build the habits the protocol assumes you already have. You may be ready for the 9-week cohort if. 1. You have posted 4 or more Wins in the last 30 days. Receipts. Not goals. 2. You have built your Founder OS v1. 3. You have run all 5 Skills in the AI Founder Toolkit at least once. 4. You can name your biggest constraint in one sentence. 5. You have shown up live to 2 or more Tuesday calls. Hit 4 of 5 and the protocol fits. Hit 3 or fewer and the room is exactly where you should be. Pick the closest signal. Move it this week. The protocol is not a tier upgrade. It is a different commitment. Two live calls a week. Weekly written review. A Day-7 contract that defines done. Milestone refunds at Week 3, Week 6, and Week 9. If the outcome is not installed by Week 9 per contract, the milestone refund applies. Day 0 audit. Day 3 placement. Day 7 contract. Day 63 case study capture. Day 70 post-cohort handoff. Where the business still ran through me. 2. What happened because of that. 3. What signal I noticed. 4. What I learned. 5. What I will protect or handle privately from here.
