Helpful when someone in the room wants to find you later. ## Why this format Short. Specific. Searchable. Other members can scan 50 intros in 5 minutes and find the people they want to meet. You can do the same. No life story. No career history. No "excited to be here." Just the three lines. ## Three examples **Example 1.** Business. Meta ads for chiropractors. $18K/mo run rate. Constraint. Every new client onboards through me. Two weeks of my calendar per onboard. 30 days. A handoff doc and a loom set that lets a VA run onboard week 1 without me. **Example 2.** Business. Pre-revenue. SaaS for boutique gym owners. MVP in build. Constraint. I keep redesigning the landing page instead of talking to gym owners. 30 days. 20 gym owners on a call. Three of them paying for the beta. **Example 3.** Business. Coaching for product designers leaving FAANG. $90K month. 18 active clients. Constraint. I'm the bottleneck on every sale. Closers haven't worked. 30 days. A clear answer on closer vs setter vs cohort model. Decision shipped. ## After you post Read the last 5 intros. Reply to two of them. One comment. Specific. "I scaled past your constraint, happy to share what worked." Or "I'm in the same spot, let's compare notes Tuesday on the call." That's how the room turns from a feed into a network. Go.

How to use this channel. Read first.
Most founders work on the wrong thing. They sprint at the loudest problem instead of the actual constraint. This channel fixes that. You name the constraint. The room sharpens it. You move on the real one. ## How to use this channel Post one constraint per thread. Not three. One. Run it through the Founder Constraint Audit Skill in the Toolkit before you post. The Skill walks you through 7 questions and outputs a one-page map. Post the sharpened version, not the messy first draft. If you don't have the Toolkit installed yet, see the pinned post in Resources. ## The Founder Constraint Audit, condensed The Skill asks you 7 things. 1. What is the ONE thing stuck right now. Not three. One. 2. What evidence tells you it's stuck. Numbers, not vibes. 3. What have you been doing about it. Be specific. 4. What's the real reason it isn't working. Cut the polite answer. Get to the true one. 5. What would change if it unstuck. What flows downstream. 6. What's the smallest move that tests the real reason. Days, not weeks. 7. What's the next action you can take in the next 48 hours. The output is a one-page map. CONSTRAINT. WHY. TRIED. NEXT MOVE. Post the four lines. That's the post. ## Two example posts **Example 1.** CONSTRAINT. Every offer still routes through me for the close. WHY. Two closers hired in 6 months, both quit in 14 days. Comp plan was off. Hired an editor in March. Quality drift, killed it after 3 weeks. NEXT MOVE. Record 8 raws this Saturday. Hand the editor a brand brief plus 3 reference videos. Test against my 3-week kill criteria from last time. ## What gets you replies Specifics. Numbers. Real next move with a date. Other operators reply when they can see exactly where you are and what they'd test against it.
