What can we hold you to? 1 business 1 physical 1 personal/family/relationship I’ll go first 1 business- I finished my training for your hormones academy, both men and women, in our other school! I want to tackle building a travel section next! 1 physical- I am a lb off my goal of 30 lbs. I’m locked into fasting! 1 personal- just made sure to book my holiday plans and bite the bullet! Had to try to work those relationships! It’s a big Monday :)

Here’s something curious — and kinda funny when you think about it. So many people I know base their entire mood, motivation, and self-worth on what their little wearable says. If their WHOOP score is low? “I feel like trash.” If their Oura ring says they’re recovered? “I’m unstoppable.” But here’s the question — what happens if you forget to wear it? Or it dies? Or the app glitches? Does your body suddenly stop knowing how to feel? The truth: your tech is a tool, not the truth. It’s there to help you, not define you. The real flex is being able to wake up, take a deep breath, and know how you feel — without needing a gadget to tell you.
