As I navigate these instruments that are deigned to protect the inherent dignity of the human being and compare and contrast with reality - I recognize the contempt the state party has to the rights of individuals and human dignity.. I use the word contempt specifically to show that it is the state that is a perpetual wrongdoer. They operate primarily as force that undermines the intent of universal order. That is their modus operandi. To think the state is capable of doing the honourable thing and uphold their obligations is absurd. Thats like asking a fish to play basketball. Personally, that romantic story that someone for the DOJ's office is going to do the right thing and uphold order - is dead! No more false hopes and dreams .. Just an acknowledgment of what the reality is.. Not what is claimed to be. It's categorized as civil (for another party's benefit) or criminal (to obstruct justice) and can result in fines or jail time, ensuring judicial function.

Every Human Being is under structural captivity. The three operations that I am specifically referring to in this post are, the Captivity of Governmental Systems, the Captivity of Knowledge and the Captivity of Emotions. The vast Majority of Human beings are completely unaware of the structural captivity that their consciousness is under. The inability to recognize the captivity is a direct operation created expressively. The Systems of Captivity are built with a shield, with a mechanism that attempts to distort the captivity and blind the human being from recognizing it. We also see that this structural Captivity is layered in its function. The more layers there are, the more difficult it becomes to recognize the captivity and to escape it Consciously. Teaching us that this multi- layered structure is not an accident but a direct system of confinement put into operation against the Conscious being. These structures are also built with a secondary effect of attempting to obstruct any escape from these systems, through emotional manipulation and fear based narratives. The best way to keep someone locked into a control structure is to use emotions, to play on the emotional operation of the being. Simply telling a human being they are captive by the very nature of the system is not enough. The individual must recognize for their own being that which is transpiring. That recognition must come from or through the law itself and from Conscious awakening. All other avenues will fail. Just like a physical escape from a prison would require effort and actions, the methodology operates the same when dealing with the conscious captivity of being. Those who escape from the structural violations against their being will do so through effort and investment, not through someone else carrying them to freedom. There is no free road, no easy path to escape your own captivity. There is a path, there is a road that operates but that road is precise and requires your direct engagement.
