Students examine the universal order as the operative reality beyond belief or narrative, tracing how peremptory norms express the inherent dignity of all life. Through logic and observation, learners discover that recognition—not authority—is the true ground of law, conscience, and freedom.

This course explores the origins, functions, and legal limits of government systems through the lens of international law and moral authority. Students will examine the difference between lawful governance and illegitimate control, tracing how recognition, jurisdiction, and structural coercion operate. By the end, learners will discern when a government aligns with justice—or rebels against the being.

This course explores the foundational concept of recognition in law, dignity, and identity. You will examine how true recognition arises from essence—not status—and how international law affirms the inherent rights of conscious beings. Learn why recognition is not granted by systems but owed by justice, and why any denial of recognition is a violation of the universal legal order.

Governments exist only as instruments bound by that recognition; when they act outside it, their authority is void. This course explores the true source of law, how recognition defines legitimacy, and why only being—aligned with peremptory norms—possesses inherent lawful authority.

This course reveals how labour systems transform a human right into a mechanism that conceals the State’s continuing duty to ensure an adequate living. Forcing Human Beings to use their right which is against the principles of justice and the rule of law. You will learn through the articles of law how your inalienable right as a being has been monetized without your awareness.

The rule of law in Canada is not what most people believe it is. This course exposes the true legal hierarchy that governs the Constitution, the Charter of Rights and Freedoms, and every statute enacted in the country. You will learn how the Canadian legal system presents rights as conditional while quietly relying on a deeper order — the principles of justice found in international human rights law and peremptory norms.

This course exposes how Canadian courts assert jurisdiction through presumption, not lawful authority. You’ll learn how Sections 1, 7, 24, 26, and 52 actually operate, why judges lose jurisdiction when they breach peremptory norms, and how recognition—not personhood—determines lawful standing. Understand the true rule of law and how to stand as a being, not a statutory construct.

Entering into Recognition of Being" is the foundational act by which a conscious individual declares their moral and legal standing above imposed identities. It is the moment a person refuses roles or labels that violate their conscience and affirms their inherent dignity, rights, and jurisdiction under peremptory norms. This self-declaration challenges presumptions in law and reclaims authority over one’s being, no longer as subject but as a recognized being of will and awareness.

This course is not a typical course in the way it is presented. It deviates from what most would consider or understand as a structured learning set.

This course is going to take you deeper into the principals of justice and the Rule of law. It will help you understand the true hierarchy structure of law on earth and the true hierarchy structure of your own being. It will expose the Government obligations, failures and accountability to the principals of justice and the rule of Law.
