☕️ September with me
Howzit guys! Ekhaya is 2 years old this month! Pretty crazy how quickly that has gone 😂☕️ There is a lot happening with Ekhaya at the moment and I want to start sharing a bit more of it on here. The good stuff, the mistakes, roasting, equipment and just what goes into running and growing a small coffee roastery. Also keen to know what you guys actually want to see on here? Let me know below 👇

Coffee?
How do you make your coffee at home? Also if you go for a coffee where do you go and what coffee do you drink?
Special Thanks!

Quick one for everyone.
When you’re buying a bag of coffee, what actually makes you pick one over another? Origin? Tasting notes? Price? Packaging? Roast level? Or do you mostly stick with a roaster you know and trust? Interested to hear what everyone actually looks for, because I think as roasters we sometimes focus on completely different things to the person buying the coffee 😂 What matters most to you?
What’s the one thing about coffee you’ve never really understood? ☕
Could be espresso, grinders, roasting, dialing in, milk, buying beans, café equipment, anything. No question is too basic. Drop yours below 👇 I’ll pick a few and break them down properly in here.
