I started Ty Makes Coffee because I love coffee and everything that comes with it.
I run a café and coffee roastery in South Africa, and I'm constantly learning, experimenting and figuring things out as I go.
This community is for anyone who loves coffee, whether you're brewing at home, working behind a bar, roasting coffee, running a café or thinking about getting into the industry.
We'll talk espresso, brewing, roasting, equipment, cafés, business and everything in between.
This isn't meant to be a place where I pretend to know everything. I want us to ask questions, share what we're learning and help each other make better coffee.
☕ Membership is $7/month. Basically, buy me a coffee and you're in.
More structured courses will also be available separately for anyone who wants to go deeper.
