MY PERSONAL BRAND SECRET
In this episode of The Dept. Art and I break down how to actually build a powerful personal brand in today’s “oversaturated” content world. But instead of giving you the same recycled advice about posting more or chasing trends... This conversation is about maximizing the opportunities you already have the calls, events, podcasts, and everyday moments most people completely overlook. If you’ve ever felt behind, under-qualified, or like the market is too crowded, this episode will reset your perspective completely. LETS GO DEPT. FAM

Video Setup
Hello Omar and the Video Dept. community! Pretty pumped to be able to meet you at the Awaken Summit last week! I've been following your content and listening to your podcasts for a while. Just wanted to see if anyone had recommendations on video set up for my studio. I'd like to start making content, either talking head, informative, or reaction videos. I have Sony FX30 with a Sigma lens. I have a Shure SM7DB with an XLR directly into the Sony FX30 and a USB-C cable connected to my MacBook Pro. Does anyone know the best flow for capturing, editing, and publishing content on social media? I know Think Media and Omar have promoted StreamYard in the past. I thought of subscribing to StreamYard (any affiliate links or discount codes?), capturing my video, saving it in Dropbox, and then editing it on CapCut. Could anyone chime in and let me know if that is an efficient way to do things or suggest a better way? Thanks in advance!!
