I'M GIVING IT ALL AWAY
In this solo episode of The Dept. I break down why one of the most powerful business models you can build is a business that allows you to teach. I explain how teaching can be used across every stage of business from lead generation to conversion to fulfillment to retention and why the people who make the most impact online are not always the ones with the most information, but the ones who know how to communicate in a way that actually moves people. If you’ve ever felt underpaid for your expertise, struggled to turn what you know into real income, or wanted to create content that actually changes people and leads them into the next step, this is an essential episode. Let go Dept. Fam!
The Hidden Work Nobody Talks About.
One thing I’m starting to realize is that content creation is not just about posting videos. A huge part of it is actually managing the chaos behind the scenes. - Storage. - Folders. - Captions. - Exports. - Duplicate files. - Cloud storage. - Google Drive. - Scheduling. - Naming systems. - Trying to remember where everything even went. I cleared storage recently on my MacBook and honestly thought I had things reasonably organized. A month later, it felt full again. What’s becoming obvious to me is that the more content you create across multiple platforms, the more important simple systems become. Otherwise, it feels like you spend half your time looking for files instead of creating. I’m also starting to see that: organized workflows probably create more sustainability long term than pure motivation or intensity. QUESTION: What’s one thing that has helped you stay more organized as a creator lately?

1ST EPISODE OF MY NEW PODCAST
Thank you @Omar El-Takrori for inspiring me to launch my podcast. Since deciding to launch one a month ago, I've already landed 7 guests, been invited to speak on 2 podcasts and have had lots of great conversations... And thats only the beginning. Anyone here looking to be on a podcast, drop a comment 💭 and lets connect. My podcast is called CREATE with Kyler Miles (me) and its a show for entrepreneurs who want it all — the thriving business, the iconic brand, and the freedom lifestyle most people only dream about. Every episode pulls back the curtain on how the world's top entrepreneurs create theirs — and how you can too. My 1st episode is from a friend Dylan who recently hit $100k/mo all from his YouTube Channel. Not from sponsors or ad revenue but from attracting and converting clients for his business. PS - None of this would be possible without my co-host @Dorian Albritton so huge thank you to him and all that he does 🙌

THE HIGHEST PAID SKILL
In this solo episode of The Dept. I break down what I believe is one of the fastest ways to build wealth as an expert: learning how to teach and sell at the same time. And why teaching is a higher-leverage skill than most people realize, how it can be used at every stage of business, and why some of the most profitable businesses today are built by people who know how to communicate their expertise in a way that moves people to action. If you’ve ever felt underpaid for your expertise, struggled to sell what you know, or wanted a clearer path to building a profitable business around your knowledge, this is an essential episode.

PAID ADS MASTERCLASS
In this episode of The Dept. I sit down with RichFromAnywhere for a masterclass on how paid ads are changing, why they’re getting easier to use, and how business owners can start using ads, AI, and simple systems to grow with more consistency. They break down what’s working with Meta right now, how to think about ads as a business lever instead of something confusing or “salesy,” and why pairing paid traffic with the right content and offer can create far more predictable growth. They also talk about using masterclasses and webinars as repeatable sales assets, how to think about lead magnets, landing pages, retargeting, and follow-up, why one strong in-house operator can now do what used to take a whole marketing team, and what founders need to understand if they want to think more like marketers. If you’ve been relying only on organic content, feeling stuck with inconsistent leads, or wanting a simpler way to scale your business online, this is an essential episode.
