aka Bolo Bake Stack 😂 a name I invented for it lol. So I used 3 of the low carb tortillas from BeFree which are only 3.5g of carbs each, made a ragu sauce with a splash of red wine for depth and flavour and for the topping I mixed by cottage cheese with one egg, sprinkled in some grated italian cheese and once spread over the top added a sprinkling of mozzarella and nutmeg. 👌🏼 Bang it in the oven for 25-30 mins. Very easy to do and delicious. (I wouldn’t make a very good food photographer) 🙈
