Break-fast / late lunch
This mixed salad was so delicious. It is finley shredded white cabbage, lettuce, spring onion, cucumber, tomato, beetroot, boiled egg & avocado, dressed with olive oil, apple cider vinegar and a mix of himalayan and celtic salt 👌🏼 🥗 I prepped a big bowl which gives me 4 portions.

@Rebecca Boazman so carbs anyhow will trigger more cravings, our biology wasn’t designed to thrive off refined carbs hence why we don’t have an ‘off’ switch for them, we can munch on them and always have room for more but they’re as bad as sugar in your bloodstream so starting the day on cereal is a very bad idea. A protein based breakfast would be your ideal. Choose from, Eggs, Avocado, cottage cheese, greek yoghurt, bean salad, bacon, ham, nuts, seeds, egg mayo, berries with yoghurt or chia seeds. You will find in particular eggs and avocado are extremely nutrient dense and will satiate your appetite better than anything else.

I feel better in myself already as I have someone to ask questions to. My weight really needs to come down for health reasons and for my own self worth. I need all the help you can give me. Belonging to something like this is what I need .

My motivation to lose weight meditation
Last night I put the meditation on while in bed and it is fantastic. I could listen to that voice all day. I went straight to sleep .

Hey Becky, Thank you for the feedback and i’m so glad you felt so relaxed. That period of time as you’re in between wakefulness and sleep is the sweet spot where your subconscious mind is most open to the positive suggestions in the meditation. Even though you may not even realise it, your mind is absorbing and rewiring. Repetition helps strengthen those new connections. This is key to real lasting change 🙌🏼🌟
Weight loss
Hello I weighed myself this morning I’ve lost 6 lbs it’s been hard as holidays birthdays and Christmas have been and gone can I have some more help please a weigh-in to you once a week or whatever you think that will help my weak willed self 🙈🥂🩷

Huge Congratulations Tess, you’re on track, losing weight and that in itself is evidence that your will power is stronger than you thought. Keep surprising yourself with these wins and you will change your self belief. We all doubt ourselves from time to time, the hypnotherapy meditations help to change that voice in your head. And you’re proving that. Re-training our mind with repetition is key to re- training our habits. Spring has only just begun, imagine losing a stone between now and Summer- Toot toooooot - I’m staying on track ☀️
