This is a 14-Day Abs & Stretch (flexibility) Challenge. 3 Ab exercises and 3 stretching exercises. 3 rounds of 30 seconds each. Rest for about 30-60 seconds in between each movement. Let’s get it! Side note: Exercises are in the comment section along with the link to each one. I will pin this post so exercises can be easily accessible.

If by new you (new me), you mean transforming your body then there is one thing we get to do this upcoming year is….. Be CONSISTENT. Doing the things that are in alignment with our desired outcome CONSISTENTLY! With CONSISTENCY that’s where transformation happens.
