Losing fat
If you want to lose fat you have to be in a calorie deficit and walk 10,000+ steps daily and do daily cardio 30 minutes to 1 hour keep protein high to maintain muscles / gain muscles
Find your TDEE and subtract 200-500 calories that will be your new daily calories if you are disciplined you will lose weight and fat
