@Mayad Ahmed Hello,i read that you want to push to 10k steps right after walking 3k steps a day. That’s amazing if you could do that, however if you couldn’t do it perhaps you should do it step by step. How about starting the next with 5k? Then 7k jump 2k steps every time you feel comfortable with walking. If you stay consistent with that you could lose weight not even could you CAN lose weight stay consistent and healthier each day. I was in your position before. Always remember consistency > perfection, if you’re still 14 and want to lose more weight it is the perfect time. Go on a calorie deficit you can still eat whatever you want but healthier, can you specify what you’re training so I can help you more? If you want to that is.
