Right Calcaneus Instability?
Hey guys! Hope all is going well. I have had osgood schlatter's growing up. And this patellar tendinopathy came back to haunt me at 32 years old (nature's birthday gift) lol.
My foot/ankle have always been as strong as noodles. Balance is quite garbage. Been working on the foot/ankle for a few months now.
I wanted to share this exercise that I got from the training stimulus mentorship. I'm using a stick because my balance/stability is trash. I can see myself struggle at the forefoot. But what stands out to me the most is my wobbly calcaneus and my inability to keep pressure on my calcaneus. FYI I have also had Achilles issues on the right side as well.
What do you guys think? How can i improve stability in my calcaneus and not have it lose pressure as seen in the video.
Go ahead critique me from my form to my outfit.
