第一次嘗試發文!!有什麼建議都可以說🙏
寒假開始自己準備練後餐,其他飲食還是偏自由但會問AI大致攝取量。本來這紀錄是留個過年前最好的形象,結果年後剛回學校練肩膀就受傷了……真心建議各位即使力竭也要一定程度注重姿勢(尤其推舉類,肩膀真的超脆弱…)接下來等肩膀完全好回歸訓練再上來紀錄回歸第一天吧!
