Sunday Treat Meal 🍩
My Sunday treat meal was two glazed donuts and one cookies and cream (my favourite), plus some snake lollies on the side. Didn’t end up eating the KITKAT. I’m not big on sweets, but donuts, pastries, and snake lollies always hit the spot. A nice reset to set myself up for the week ahead. Message to the team: Let’s keep hustling and keep growing. It was great to see everyone prioritising their fitness goals this week. Let’s go again next week 💪

🔥 30-DAYS of C.O.R.E CHALLENGE
Commitment. Ownership. Resilience. Execution. This is a 30 day challenge where we move daily and we post daily not to impress anyone, but to build discipline, confidence, and momentum. And it’s not just a “check-in group” either. I want this to be a real community where people can share wins, lessons, meals, tips, and anything fitness-related that helps the team get better. Welcome to the C.O.R.E TEAM 🦅🔥 🧱 WHAT C.O.R.E STANDS FOR Commitment — you show up daily Ownership — you take responsibility for your body and mindset Resilience — you keep going even when the week gets messy Execution — action over motivation, every time.

📅 HOW THE 30-DAYS of C.O.R.E CHALLENGE WORKS
Every day you do two things: 1️⃣ Complete ONE movement option There are no zero days. If you can’t train hard today, do a lighter option (walk, mobility, breathwork). The goal is daily consistency, not daily intensity. 🏋️ Workout (min 20 min) Gym / home / sport training (boxing, MMA, football etc.) 🚶 Steps / Cardio (7,000 steps OR 30 min) Walk / treadmill / jog / bike / incline walk 🧘 Mobility / Recovery (min 20 min) Stretching / yoga / foam rolling / joint mobility work 🌬️ Breathwork / Meditation (min 5 min) Sit or lie down comfortably, slow nasal breathing or box breathing No scrolling, just 5 minutes of being present If you’re injured, sick, or low energy → mobility or breathwork still counts. We’re building consistency, not ego. 2️⃣ Post your daily C.O.R.E Check-In (Required) After you complete your daily activity, post your check-in. You can add a selfie or screenshot if you want — not for aesthetics, just accountability. Post Title: 30 Days of C.O.R.E CHALLENGE – Day X (Example: 30 Day C.O.R.E JOURNEY – Day 9) Copy/paste template (use this daily): ✅ Completed: 📸 Proof (selfie/screenshot/confirmation): 🔥 Mood (1–10) + 1 sentence: 📝 Takeaway: 🔁 Tomorrow I will: Keep it honest. Minimum 1 sentence — but share as much as you want. ✅ EXAMPLE DAILY POST 30 Days of C.O.R.E Challenge – Day 9🔥 ✅ Completed: (what you did today) 📸 Proof: (selfie / screenshot / confirmation) 🔥 Energy: (1–10): ___ 1 sentence: (keep it honest) 📝 Takeaway: (what you learned today) 🔁 Tomorrow I will: (one clear action) ⏰ Post Deadline: By 11:59pm (Melbourne time) every day ✅ 🗓️ SUNDAYS (ACTIVE RECOVERY + COMMUNITY TRADITION) Sundays are still a post day — we keep the streak alive — but Sundays are about resetting the body and mind. Think: active recovery, not punishment. ✅ What counts on Sundays (choose ONE) • Easy walk 🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️ • Light cardio (bike / easy jog) 🚴‍♂️ • Mobility / stretching 🧘‍♂️ • Breathwork / meditation (min 5 min) 🌬️

RULE (NON NEGOTIABLE) ⚖️
This is a daily discipline ✅ You must post every day. Posting window ⏰ Post anytime, but it must be up by 11:59pm Melbourne time each day 🌙 Miss a day ❌ If you miss even one day, you restart from Day 1 🔁 Sometimes we fall short and that’s completely okay 🤝 No one will judge you here. Don’t complain, moan, or beat yourself down. Just make an honest post 📝 reset 🔄 and start again ✅ You’ll get everyone’s support 🔥🤝
