Wednesday, done. Completed high volume leg and core day. It felt great.

10 out of 10 session. Got up early and got that workout on early.
📝 Takeaway:
I'm learning that workingout in the morning fits my schedule much more. Getting in early and then having the rest of my evening to focus on work makes it really convenient

Upper body Hypertrophy.
