Completed: Calisthenics session. Pull ups, dips, push ups, and some muscle ups at the park. β‘ Energy (1β10): 7 out of 10. Solid session and felt good overall. π Takeaway: Take your time with your warm up. It makes a huge difference in performance and how your body feels during training. When I warm up properly, everything just moves better. π Tomorrow I will: Back in the gym. Strength work focusing on pull ups, dips, and lifting. Keeping the momentum going.
