✅ Completed: 5K run with the boys, followed by MMA sparring, kickboxing sparring, and some pad holding. Final cardio session of the week. ⚡ Energy (1–10): 9 out of 10. Energy stayed high from the run all the way through sparring and pad work. 📝 Takeaway: Pay attention to fatigue. Even when energy feels high, the body can still be carrying fatigue from a heavy week of training. Learning to manage that balance is important to avoid plateaus and injuries. 🔁 Tomorrow I will: Recovery and light movement. Let the body reset after a full cardio week and prepare for strength week ahead.
