Day 6 Hypertrophy x Strength
Today was leg day — technically a Monday workout from my program.
One thing I love about BLES is the flexibility. If you miss a workout, you can simply reschedule it and keep your program on track.
This morning I knocked out the session I missed on Monday, and it felt great getting it done.
I’ve got another workout scheduled for this evening to balance the week out — but starting the day with that leg session set the tone perfectly. 💪
