✅ Completed:20 minutes on the bike, shoulder press, core work, and mobility.
⚡ Energy (1–10):5 out of 10. Not at full capacity, but still got it done.
📝 Takeaway:Show up anyway. On low-energy days, don’t chase a perfect workout. Just being there and moving builds discipline, and that’s what compounds over time.
🔁 Tomorrow I will:Client session, then my own training. Staying consistent.
