✅ Completed:Full body workout. Shoulder press, deadlifts, squats, step-ups, and back rows. Also trained a client.
⚡ Energy (1–10):8 out of 10. Strong session even after client work.
📝 Takeaway:Push your clients—but do it smart. The goal is to take them just beyond their comfort zone while keeping form and safety locked in. That’s where real progress (and trust) is built.
🔁 Tomorrow I will:Light run, then pull ups, chin ups, and some strength work.
