9 out of 10. Energy stayed high from the run all the way through sparring and pad work.
📝 Takeaway:
Pay attention to fatigue. Even when energy feels high, the body can still be carrying fatigue from a heavy week of training. Learning to manage that balance is important to avoid plateaus and injuries.
