90 Days of C.O.R.E – Day 36
✅ Completed:
Strength day. Hit multiple PRs today. New PR on my box squat and a 190 kg deadlift. Also got some solid accessory work in.
⚡ Energy (1–10):
10 out of 10. Felt strong, explosive, and locked in.
📝 Takeaway:
Show up.
Today I almost skipped training for the sauna. But I decided to show up anyway and ended up hitting two PRs. Yesterday I hit another PR too.
Sometimes the days you don’t feel like training are the days that move you forward the most.
🔁 Tomorrow I will:
Slow it down with a Pilates session and focus on stability and full body movement. No chasing PRs, just quality work.
