✅ Completed:Active recovery day. Client sessions, then light cardio on the assault bike.
⚡ Energy (1–10):Started at a 4. Felt flat from low calories and being sleep deprived, but once I started training clients it jumped up to an 8.
📝 Takeaway:Fuel affects everything. When I don’t eat enough I feel it fast, low energy and more irritable. Also had a thought for fight week or a weight cut: instead of fully cutting carbs, experimenting with a small liquid carb option might help keep energy while still managing intake. I’ll test it and see how my body responds.
