The sequence above can be used to remove most collection accounts from your credit report, as long as you understand and apply the correct laws.
What I shared are the laws used in a 10-letter dispute sequence. The actual letter writing is a separate skill, and that part takes practice.
For more complex credit repair situations, especially when you’re dealing with more than just collections, you’ll want to combine multiple sequences strategically.
I’ll continue posting additional sequences in separate posts so you can layer them correctly when needed.
In many cases, tools like ChatGPT can help you draft the letters correctly, but you still need to know what you’re doing.
