Hey there ran a 7.32 in January but for some reason I haven't broken the 12 barrier and it's very discouraging, currently stuck at 12.11 and next week I have a meet been training differently this month hoping I can run 11.6 because Ik my 60m time from January is 11.8-11.6 meaning something I do is wrong I mainly believe is my form holding me back been trying many things and I don't know what might work in about 6'1 any advice
