Offseason training
guys i need some workout plans for me. I run the 100m, 200m, and occasionally would want to run the 4.I personally think my top speed is trash so training for these events good workouts would be 20m flys, 4x250,2x150s,2x300. Also in the gym powercleans, core, hip flexors, hip abduction, quarter, and normal squats. put me on game
