Family - Autumn and I brainstormed science fair project and she taught me some pre-algebra today that ive since forgot.

Personal Influence - Spent a few hours teaching one of our recent graduates how to think about the design of a building. Most people just start going, and I shared with him what I typically train people on his how to design holistically from the beginning. It makes a very different project, results and its very profitable. Garrett told me that I should be teaching this to the whole company.
🏡 Pillar 5 - Lifestyle and Standards
Home - caught up some more small spaces today, getting about 90% there to a fully restored and tidied house.
Wardrobe - Not today. Ill get here eventually.
Micro Habits / Consistencies - Bed Made. Desk Clean. Bedroom squared away. Kitchen clean and counters clean and organized.
🌎 Pillar 6 - Intentional Impact
One of my employees in another office got the book and note I sent her last week. Without going into too much detail, she needs some guidance in a few areas that is good for work and outside of work. We have 1:1’s frequently but there is something different about reading and putting in the effort yourself. I got a big happy thank you from her today. And later I got a message from one of her peers that she cried and felt really seen and heard from my message to her. Regardless of what you do, you are always an influence, so choose to be a good one.
🔥 Wins - My “futuristic thinking” has been low lately, but its back, and back differently (I think more mature now). Im excited to have this back because it's what drives me to where I feel my purpose.
💯 Struggles - Time! Man, if only there were 30 hours in a day. But there is not, so I have to get creative, get more help, and focus on the things that will actually move me in the direction I want to go.
