Personal Influence - On a call today with 5 of my partners in my sector. Finally do we have fresh leadership thats willing to think outside the box (its one of my strengths, Clifton Strengths Finder - 1. Strategic, 2. Futuristic) we just needed the old guys to move on.

๐ŸŒŽ Pillar 6 - Intentional Impact
Ive had to reinvent my personal system at my AE firm because 1. We have made extreme macro process and software changes through the whole organization, and 2. I now play roles, I didnt a year ago. My old micro systems have been passed to those now doing what I used to and now im building new ones for me. This time, im going to integrate them (AI and smart integrations) so that my teams can communicate with me much more efficiently. It will be a more holistic system that feeds the larger one. By doing this, it will not only streamline my work and open more time for my 20%, but it's going to teach and do the same for those working for me. When they get to my level they will have already mastered much of what im creating for myself today.
๐Ÿ”ฅ Wins - Today was the first time I felt like I had control of my body in exercise. It felt strong. Example, in active arches, I had full control of my whole body through out the range of the complete movement in all reps, no body swinging, etc. from being too weak to control.
๐Ÿ’ฏ Struggles - Seemed like anywhere I went today that technology was just slow, I mean everywhere. It made the day hard to keep pace, but I know there will be days like that.
