I wrote this in my journal with regards to content consumption, comparisons and curating your own NLP, rather than letting people that don't know or care about you influence your self worth.
"You want actual genuine Self-Improvement and Masculinity content? Read the bible and pray. Talk to your old man who is the best Dad in the world. Honour your mother and father, that is a literal COMMANDMENT from the Lord."
I'm super proud of my journey and I am enjoying being able to look back at this growth and the transitions.
