Bonus Pay
Hey everyone! I remember mentioning that we shouldn't pay developers/SEOs per project/hourly rate, instead pay a flat rate and add on bonuses if certain targets are achieved.
I'm wondering who is doing this, what it looks like for you, and (if you're comfortable sharing) what kind of pay and bonus you're offering (and possibly where they are located for context!)
I'm considering taking on an offshore SEO FT and I'd like a few ideas before I make any offers
