2026 and back to reality
Hey all
I'm here on the new platform!
I've been off on holiday for the past week and now back to reality with Snow and a business crisis.
I have two employees right now, but towards the end of the year, we got two of our clients who are on retainer, cancelling their services with us… I might be able to keep one on a reduced retainer… I have another who's on shaky ground as well and hasn't officially signed there at new retainer… So my focus this month is going to be Solidifying ongoing business and also closing deals with the leads I have… I also need to launch my lead generation funnel and already have a video and landing page in the works… So lots to do in January!
Also, with these clients cancelling and our cash situation, I might have to let go one of my two employees which really feels like a crushing defeat, especially as both of them are good performers.
