In this session, I’m unpacking popular dietary approaches like INTERMITTENT FASTING, KETO, CARNIVORE and VEGAN eating, sharing both their strengths and the signs they may not be right for you right now. This is about tuning in, checking in, and choosing what truly supports your body in this season.
