🎉 Welcome To The 90 Day Think Big Founder Challenge - Do This First
Welcome aboard! Your journey from Wantreprenur to Entrepreneur begins now. Over the next 90 days we are going to learn, grow, and do the daily reps together and by the end everyone that stick with it and does the work will have a business, a pipeline, and a customer! Any important journey begins with setting the right foundation. so there are some things I need you to do first. Be sure you do them in this order, we need to build that kind of discipline. 1. Introduce yourself. Make a post in The Community. Tell us who you are, where you are in your business journey, and what you hope to get out of the next 90 Days. 2. Go to The Classroom and watch the Start Here section. Pay particular attention to The Founders Guarantee 3. Go to The Calendar and make sure you note the day and time of the weekly Huddle. Try to be available live this is where we will fix any problems you have. 4. Do the first Daily Rep in week 1 5. Finally comment on this post and let me know that you are done and the challenge is under way! I can't wait to get to know you all and watch your businesses grow and see you all begin to... ...Think Big!

Day 2
Day 90 I will be fully up and running. I will be still working on building my business, but at this point I will have at least 1-2 clients that I will be working with directly. I will also be working on growing to more clients as well. What is at stake if I do NOT do this (be honest - what does staying where you are cost you?): If I do not do this I will be stuck in the same situation I am in now. I lost my job 2 years ago and am having trouble finding a job as my location has very limited opportunities. I also have a chronic illness that limits me to the type of jobs I can do. I want to show my daughter that if she works hard and puts in all the effort that she can obtain success. I also want to be successful and provide my family a good life.

I did the Ai niche questionnaire. This is what my answer came up with: Business: Remote Customer Support & Virtual Assistant Services for Small Businesses Your offer (draft): I help busy small businesses stay organized by handling customer service, appointment scheduling, email management, administrative tasks, and lead follow-up so they can focus on serving their customers. First customers: Reach out to local home service businesses, medical offices, insurance agencies, and other small businesses by email, phone, or through your existing network. Offer a simple monthly package for ongoing support. Why it works in 90 days: You already have the experience, startup costs are minimal, you can work from home, and businesses are already paying for these services. Next step: Post this in the Pick Your Business thread in Start Here to lock it in. Chris reviews picks, so if I marked yours borderline, post it and let him give the final yes. Is this something that I would be able to scale in 90 days? Is there something else that might be suggested that may be a little better?
