Day#6
Your Daily Rep: "Day 6: find someone who started where I am and pulled it off. What they did first: ___." My husband started an affiliate site. He started out first by learning SEO in the Super Star Academy. He then built a site using SEO to get his webpage seen by others and sold affiliate products that way. I also was working for a small start up company about a year ago that sold door hangers and yard signs to small businesses. The founding owner of the company got his start by first coming up with a plan and then cold calling businesses. He then went to business fairs to meet other business owners and share his business.
Day #4
Day 4: named my 3 quit-excuses and my answer for each. Excuse 1: "I'm too overwhelmed with my current SEO workload and don't have time for new outreach today." Answer: My 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM block is strictly protected for this challenge; all other tasks and notifications are muted until 2:01 PM. Excuse 2: "My laptop is old and not giving fast output." Answer: I somewhat agree with this, as using AI tools these days takes up a lot of space and RAM. But just sitting with it is not the way. It works, and the work can get done. I might plan to get a new one by EOY (I planned to now, but Apple had other plans for me and increased the price by 500 🀣, @Chris M. Walker pls visit India again, haha). Excuse 3: "I'm not able to focus due to having a lot on my plate at one time." Answer: The daily rep is non-negotiable; putting in the work and figuring things out is the only way to clear the plate. The one that scares me most: Excuse 1. Getting caught up in the "busy work" of existing tasks is the easiest way to justify avoiding "growth work." I know that if I get too comfortable being busy, I will stay stuck in my current position.

You've got this.
Day #3
Day 3: named the founder I have to become. The founder I have to become is the "Relentless Strategist." This is a person who doesn't wait for inspiration or get distracted by shiny objects. He maintain a focus, say no to distractions, and treat business growth as a strict, non-negotiable metric, channeling the exact same energy @Chris M. Walker used over the last 10 years to build Legiit. I see that potential in myself, and I don’t think there could be anything better than this! πŸ’ͺ🏻 The one thing I'm doing today: I am applying the exact same strict discipline I've always used to track my goals. I’m cutting out all distractions while I’m working and going all in. Starting today, I am fully stepping into my role as an SEO Strategist on Legiit (making my mind sharp & clear). I am treating lead generation like a daily rep, hitting those numbers today without making excuses.

I totally understand what you are saying about maintaining focus. I unfortunately have that problem. Shiny objects can be too distracting.
Day #5
One problem that I would happily get paid to solve is helping small businesses get links set up to help get their business seen more on the internet.
Niche
I did the Ai niche questionnaire. This is what my answer came up with: Business: Remote Customer Support & Virtual Assistant Services for Small Businesses Your offer (draft): I help busy small businesses stay organized by handling customer service, appointment scheduling, email management, administrative tasks, and lead follow-up so they can focus on serving their customers. First customers: Reach out to local home service businesses, medical offices, insurance agencies, and other small businesses by email, phone, or through your existing network. Offer a simple monthly package for ongoing support. Why it works in 90 days: You already have the experience, startup costs are minimal, you can work from home, and businesses are already paying for these services. Next step: Post this in the Pick Your Business thread in Start Here to lock it in. Chris reviews picks, so if I marked yours borderline, post it and let him give the final yes. Is this something that I would be able to scale in 90 days? Is there something else that might be suggested that may be a little better?

@Chris M. Walker Let me clarify, White label SEO. I was working through a company called Site Swan where you build webpages for small businesses. They did not offer a lot of directional help on building a clientele. I did a lot of cold calls and cold emails alongside building links to my personal site.
